Welcome to Swipe Therapy! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This website provides information about the Swipe Therapy book, related events, and allows you to purchase products or sign up for updates. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

When you provide your email address, you agree to receive updates, newsletters, or promotional content from Swipe Therapy. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in our emails.

4. Purchases & Payments

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  
• We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
  
• Prices are listed in USD.
  
• By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.
  

5. Refunds & Returns

We want you to have a smooth experience when purchasing from us. While most sales are final, we offer refunds or exchanges in limited situations:

Books & Merchandise

• • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund. Please email swipetherapybook@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.
    
  • We cannot accept returns for items due to a change of mind.

Digital Products

• • All sales of digital products (such as eBooks or downloads) are final.
    
  • If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us and we’ll make sure you receive the correct files.

 Paid Event Tickets

• • If the event is canceled or rescheduled, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
    
  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.
    
  • Tickets are non-refundable in the case of no-shows.

Processing Refunds

• • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
    
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swipe Therapy is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
